Initially joined as an Underwriting Specialist before being promoted to Inside Sales Analyst and relocating to the Texas office. In this role I worked directly with Executive Management on sales reporting, financial strategies, and competitive intelligence — supporting a lending operation that funded over $500 million annually.
Worked closely with high-producing clients to help them build and optimize their loan operations. Tracked competitor market movements and measured the business impact of interest rate adjustments, translating market data into actionable strategic recommendations for leadership.
A uniquely multifaceted role blending sales team leadership, route logistics planning across multiple offices, and hands-on product development — including the admittedly difficult task of conducting ice cream taste tests and submitting preference data back to the home office.
Partnered with the Production team on demand forecasting for new and existing flavors, informing supply purchasing decisions through structured data collection. The logistical side of the role was a particular passion — using data to design and optimize delivery routes for drivers across the territory, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
